Our Story

Born from a trader's frustration.

SuperTrader was born from a simple observation: most traders fail not because of lack of skill, but because they don't have the right tools to learn from their mistakes.

Julien Merrick spent years manually tracking trades in spreadsheets before realizing there had to be a better way. Every morning he'd spend 30 minutes copying fills from his broker into a Google Sheet — only to find the numbers didn't quite match, the date formats were wrong, and the analysis was already out of date.

He built the first version of SuperTrader over a weekend in 2024 to solve his own problem. Within a month, 500 traders were using it. That's when the team knew they were onto something.
