End User License Agreement

SuperTrader applications made available through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other distribution channels (each, a "Licensed Application") are licensed, not sold, to you. Trade Like A Pro SRL ("Application Provider," "Licensor," "we," "us," or "our") is the provider of the SuperTrader Licensed Application. By downloading, installing, or using a Licensed Application, you agree to this End User License Agreement ("EULA") and to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Licensed Application. For Licensed Applications distributed through the Apple App Store, Apple is not a party to this EULA except as described in Section 14. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the Licensed Application.

Licensor grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Licensed Application on devices you own or control, subject to the Usage Rules of the applicable app store. Except as permitted by this EULA and applicable Usage Rules, you may not: • Distribute or make the Licensed Application available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time • Transfer, redistribute, or sublicense the Licensed Application • Copy (except as permitted by this license and Usage Rules), reverse-engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the Licensed Application, any updates, or any part thereof, except as and only to the extent any foregoing restriction is prohibited by applicable law or permitted by open-source component licenses If you sell an Apple-branded device on which the Licensed Application is installed, you must remove the Licensed Application from that device before doing so.

You agree that Licensor may collect and use technical data and related information — including but not limited to technical information about your device, system and application software, and peripherals — that is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support, and other services related to the Licensed Application. Licensor may use this information, as long as it is in a form that does not personally identify you, to improve its products or to provide services or technologies to you. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal data.

SuperTrader offers free and paid subscription plans, including Starter and Pro tiers. Paid subscriptions may be purchased through: • Our website via Stripe • The Apple App Store (in-app purchase) • Google Play (in-app purchase) Web subscriptions (Stripe): Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Our 7-day money-back guarantee applies to eligible first-time web purchases as described in our Refund Policy. Apple App Store subscriptions: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase. Apple handles billing and refunds for App Store purchases; our web Refund Policy does not apply to App Store transactions. Google Play subscriptions: Payment is charged to your Google account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date through Google Play subscription settings. Google handles billing and refunds for Google Play purchases. Prices may change with reasonable notice. Features included in each plan are described in the app and on our website.

To use the Licensed Application, you must: • Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) • Provide accurate registration information and maintain account security • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account You agree not to: • Use the Licensed Application for any illegal purpose • Share account credentials with others • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers • Upload malicious code or harmful content • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform • Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the service except as permitted by law • Use the service to defame, harass, or harm others Additional acceptable use rules are set out in our Terms of Service.

The Licensed Application may enable access to Licensor's and/or third-party services and websites (collectively, "External Services"), including broker sync, market data feeds, and AI-generated insights. You agree to use External Services at your sole risk. Licensor is not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any third-party External Services and shall not be liable for any such External Services. Data displayed by the Licensed Application or External Services, including but not limited to financial, market, and trading information, is for general informational purposes only and is not guaranteed by Licensor or its agents. You will not use External Services in any manner inconsistent with this EULA or that infringes the intellectual property rights of Licensor or any third party. External Services may not be available in all languages or locations. To the extent you choose to use External Services, you are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws.

All content, features, and functionality of the Licensed Application — including software, design, text, graphics, logos, and AI models — are owned by Trade Like A Pro SRL and protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of all trading data you upload to the platform. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service to you. We will never sell your trading data or use it for purposes beyond the service.

SuperTrader is a journaling and analytics tool only. We do not provide financial advice, investment advice, or trading recommendations. Nothing in the Licensed Application should be construed as an investment recommendation or financial advice. Past trading performance displayed in the app does not guarantee future results. Trading involves significant risk of loss, and you should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions. We are not responsible for any trading losses incurred while using our service.

This EULA is effective until terminated by you or Licensor. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Licensed Application and destroy all copies in your possession. Licensor may also suspend or terminate your account for violations of this EULA or our Terms of Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT USE OF THE LICENSED APPLICATION IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE LICENSED APPLICATION AND ANY SERVICES PERFORMED OR PROVIDED BY THE LICENSED APPLICATION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, AND LICENSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE LICENSED APPLICATION AND ANY SERVICES, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND/OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY, OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OF ACCURACY, OF QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND OF NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY LICENSOR OR ITS AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY. SHOULD THE LICENSED APPLICATION OR SERVICES PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR, OR CORRECTION. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR LIMITATIONS ON APPLICABLE STATUTORY RIGHTS OF A CONSUMER, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION AND LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE LICENSED APPLICATION, HOWEVER CAUSED, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF LICENSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, OR OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. In no event shall Licensor's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid to Licensor in the 12 months preceding the claim. The foregoing limitations will apply even if the above stated remedy fails of its essential purpose.

You may not use or otherwise export or re-export the Licensed Application except as authorized by United States law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Licensed Application was obtained. In particular, but without limitation, the Licensed Application may not be exported or re-exported (a) into any U.S.-embargoed countries or (b) to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department's Specially Designated Nationals List or the U.S. Department of Commerce Denied Persons List or Entity List. By using the Licensed Application, you represent and warrant that you are not located in any such country or on any such list. You also agree that you will not use these products for any purposes prohibited by United States law, including, without limitation, the development, design, manufacture, or production of nuclear, missile, or chemical or biological weapons.

The Licensed Application and related documentation are "Commercial Items," as that term is defined at 48 C.F.R. §2.101, consisting of "Commercial Computer Software" and "Commercial Computer Software Documentation," as such terms are used in 48 C.F.R. §12.212 or 48 C.F.R. §227.7202, as applicable. Consistent with 48 C.F.R. §12.212 or 48 C.F.R. §§227.7202-1 through 227.7202-4, as applicable, the Commercial Computer Software and Commercial Computer Software Documentation are being licensed to U.S. Government end users (a) only as Commercial Items and (b) with only those rights as are granted to all other end users pursuant to the terms and conditions herein. Except to the extent expressly provided below, this EULA and the relationship between you and Licensor shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, excluding its conflicts of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this EULA shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California. If you obtained the Licensed Application through the Apple App Store: • Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Licensed Application or your possession or use of it, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, or consumer protection claims • In the event of any third-party claim that the Licensed Application infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Licensor, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and, upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary If (a) you are not a U.S. citizen; (b) you do not reside in the U.S.; (c) you are not accessing the service from the U.S.; and (d) you are a citizen of a European Union country, Switzerland, Norway, or Iceland, any dispute or claim arising from this EULA shall be governed by the applicable law of your usual place of residence, and you irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there. The United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods is specifically excluded from application to this EULA.

We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a notice within the service. Your continued use of the Licensed Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated EULA. We will post the updated EULA on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
