By accessing or using SuperTrader's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the service.

SuperTrader provides a trading journal and analytics platform that allows users to log, track, and analyze their trading activities. The service includes: • Trade logging and CSV import from 1,000+ brokers • Performance analytics (P&L, win rate, calendar heatmap, equity curve) • AI-powered pattern detection and insights • Broker auto-sync (paid plans) • Mobile applications for iOS and Android • Educational resources and trading guides

To use our services, you must: • Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) • Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or remain inactive for extended periods.

You agree not to: • Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws • Share your account credentials with others • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform • Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the service • Use the service to defame, harass, or harm other users

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. • You may cancel your subscription at any time • Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period • No partial refunds are issued for unused time (except within the 7-day money-back guarantee) • Prices may change with 30 days' notice • All payments are processed by Stripe and subject to their terms See our Refund Policy for full details on refunds and the 7-day money-back guarantee.

All content, features, and functionality of SuperTrader — including but not limited to the software, design, text, graphics, logos, and AI models — are owned by Super Trader Inc. and protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of all trading data you upload to the platform. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We will never sell your trading data or use it for purposes beyond the service.

SuperTrader is a journaling and analytics tool only. We do not provide financial advice, investment advice, or trading recommendations. Nothing in our service should be construed as an investment recommendation or financial advice. Past trading performance displayed in the app does not guarantee future results. Trading involves significant risk of loss, and you should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. We are not responsible for any trading losses incurred while using our service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Super Trader Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — resulting from: • Your use of or inability to use the service • Any unauthorized access to your account • Any third-party conduct on the service • Any content obtained from the service Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a notice within the service. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will post the updated terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
